The meeting is not open to those residing outside the covenant.  Non members by invitation only.All discussion items must be on the Agenda. The Agenda is prepared and posted 5 days before scheduled date

Members in good standing are free to speak about issues not covered by this agenda. Speaker must observe rules of decorum, no disruptive behavior, obscene gestures, shouting or personal  attacks which will be cause for ejection.   We ask each member to try to limit their comments to  5 minutes.  We want to give everyone an opportunity to speak.

Next Board meeting will be November 10, 2011 at 6:00 pm at  Meadows Homes Association Community Center  

ARC regular scheduled meetings are the 1^st Tuesday every month at 6:30PM at the Community Center.
