The Meadows Homes Association Monthly Board Meeting August 11, 2011

Dale Grojean, President called the monthly meeting to order. Roll Call: Robert Jakubowski absence excused. Reading of the July 14, 2011 Board minutes were waived. Approved M/S/C Bob Chrisman/Jackie Chagala No guests in attendance.
Dale Grojean, President stated the ravine that is along a portion of the MHA property line to Glenmeade Way has been cleaned out and all dead brush. weeds, and branches removed. The remains of an old corral with broken posts and barbed wire will also be removed. Annual spraying will be scheduled. The dirt area along the side of the pool fence will be cleared and a safe walk way will installed.
NEW BUSINESS-- Maintenance of Sandhurst Way private road. Chairman Bob Chrisman and his committee will hold a meeting in the Pavilion August 17, 2011 at 6:00PM. Residents living outside the covenant with access from Sandhurst Way have been invited to attend.
DIRECTORS REPORTS
Jackie Chagala, Vice President nothing to report.
Karla Larson, Secretary stated she has mailed out 5 first violation Non-Compliance letters and 14 Final Non-compliance letters.
Dale Grojean, MCC Coordinator stated the rug has been cleaned in June and July. Cost $278. A motion to increase the cleaning/security deposit for Pavilion maintenance to $300. M/S/C Bob Chrisman/Dale Grojean. Unanimous
Robert Chrisman, Roads & Signs reported non-compliance letter’s had been sent to two homeowners with trailers parked in driveways over 72 hours. Also, a non-compliance letter will be sent regarding the blue tarp covering a portion of a roof for months.
Darryl Heintz, Weeds and Beautification stated the landscaping of the back yard at Lot 49 Tract 7107 bordering the golf course has not been started.
Patt Huff stated the wood fence recently installed in the backyard at Lot 66 Tract 7653 will be removed. It will be replaced with wrought iron.
Dale Grojean, President gave each Board member a binder with job descriptions, Rules & Regulations, and samples of suggested correspondence for Non-compliance violations. Bob Chrisman will conduct a workshop September 8, 2011 at 5:00 PM for Board members input and suggestions to standardize Non-Compliance forms and procedures. M/S/C Karla Larson/Jackie Chagala.
