A record of the Executive meeting held at 5:30 PM for Non Compliance violations will be filed in the office.

NEW BUSINESS

Request by ARO for a $500 donation for beautification.   Funds will support the Hidden Meadows Median Strip Maintenance program. M/S/C Bob Jakubowski/Bob Chrisman

MHA will provide funds for the Pool Monitors to be trained in CPR.  Training will be May 14th in San Marcos.  M/S/C Karla Larson/Bob Jakubowski

The four pool monitors will be receive monthly reviews of the proper CPR procedures.  The reviews will be conducted by Jonathan Smith.

A new First Aid Kit will be available poolside.

  

DIRECTORS REPORTS

 

Dale Grojean, President reported work is being completed on the installation of the new security system for the pool and tennis gates.  On May 28th the pool will be opened for the season.  Pool monitors will have new keys. Association members can exchange keys between10:00AM and 7:00PM.

Four umbrellas, Two chaise lounges and four iron bases need to be replaced.

Robert Chrisman, Roads & Signs stated numerous Association members have requested the HOA to obtain permission from the County  to designate a golf cart area in Hidden Meadows. Signs will need to be installed.

Gary Syztel, Civil Engineer has been hired to evaluate the condition of each of the 14 HOA private roads.  Maintenance and repairs can be scheduled for the future.

Parking on city streets has improved.

Non-Compliance violations should be reported to the office.

Darryl Heintz , Weeds and Beautification stated the Lot 51 Tract 7391 is vacant.  The lot is consumed by weeds. It was reported to the Fire Dept. on April 23rd.

The Board discussed the pro’s and con’s regarding the responsibilities of the Association.

Bob Jakubowski, Noise Abatement  reported the Lot 159-5744 barking dog  Non-Compliance violation  had improved but has now deteriorated.  The homeowner cannot attend monthly Board meetings.  They are only available M-W-F. A no barking collar will be placed on the dog.

 

Karla Larson, Secretary stated two 1st Non-Compliance notices have been sent out.

 

Patt Huff reported names and address’s can no longer be stated in the minutes.  The account number of Lot and Tract can be used.

 

OPEN FORUM

 

A boat and trailer has been in the driveway at Lot 75 Tract 7391 for weeks. A Non-Compliance letter will be sent to the homeowner and tenant.

 

A commercial truck is parked in the driveway at Lot 231 Tract 5744.  A Non-Compliance letter will be sent to the homeowner and tenant.

 

Dale Grojean, President stated it is the Association’s responsibility to follow up on complaint’s and keep notes with dates and times.
