Laura Walker, President called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM.

 

Roll Call: Jackie Chagala and Bob Jakubowski absence excused.

 

Reading of the February 10, 2011 Minutes was waived. Approved M/S/C Hart Semrau/Karla Larson

 

Mr. Frank Gonzalez wished to address the Board regarding Non-Compliance issues.

Over the last 2 years he has received numerous letters regarding his yard at 28346 Glenmeade Way. He stated he has repaired sprinklers. He recently lost plants because of the freeze. He has planted Lantana.

He wants to know why he continues to be fined for Non-Compliance because of unacceptable yard maintenance.

DJ Heintz will visit the site on Sunday March 13, 2011 with Mr. Gonzalez and investigate his complaints.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

LAURA  WALKER, President presented the services our Law firm will perform for collection of delinquent assessments.

Motion to initiate collection action after annual payment of dues exceeds $3,000. M/S/C Dale Grojean/Laura Walker. Unanimous.

Motion to include Exhibit “A” Non-Contingent Collection Services or Lawsuit letter in Annual Association package to all homeowners. M/S/C Hart Semrau/Dale Grojean

 

Letters will be sent out to all Lot owners reminding them to clear their property of weeds.

 

Laura Walker, President stated she received a request for a donation from the Foundation’s Fashion Show Committee.

The Board discussed the Association financial responsibilities to the homeowners.

Motion to make a charitable donation M/S Dale Grojean/Bob Chrisman. Motion defeated

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

BOB CHRISMAN, Streets and Signs Director stated the Road Replacement Committee, himself

Chairman, Bill Boersma, Steve Waszak, and Jim  Chagala met with Civil Engineer Gary Szutel.

All the private road signs have been installed.

We have received Fire and Safety Inspection approval from the Fire Department.

 

LAURA WALKER reported on the equipment required for the replacement of the security system. We will need a new computer $400, two readers $1200, keys $4500 plus tax and labor.

 

DIRECTORS REPORTS

 

KARLA LARSON, Secretary reported nine Non-Compliance letters have been sent to homeowners.

 

Darryl Heintz, Weeds, and Beautification stated the back yard at 10607 Meadow Glen Way E is being landscaped.

A Non- Compliance letter regarding the fence has been sent to the homeowner of Lot 58-5744.

 

LAURA WALKER reported for Jackie Chagala.  The Silverado Property Management initial cost would cost an additional $24 annually per homeowner

Reporting for Bob Jakubowski stated the homeowner at 28426 Sandhurst Wy has been invited to the next Board meeting.

 

DALE GROJEAN, MCC Coordinator nothing to report.

 

HART SEMRAU, Special Projects stated two Insurance Co.’s are preparing bids for new coverage for the Community Center.

Next Board Meeting will be April 14, 2011 at 6:00PM in the Pavilion
