Dale Grojean, President called the monthly meeting to order.

 

Roll Call: Karla Larson and Jackie Chagala absence excused.

 

Reading of the May 12, 2011 Board minutes was waived.  Approved M/S/C DJ Heintz/Bob Chrisman

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

Dale Grojean, President stated the new Pool and Tennis Electronic Gate System have been installed. Each member in the Ranch and Meadows HOA including Special  Members can  exchange their existing key for a new one with the Pool Monitors.

 

DIRECTORS REPORTS

 

Robert Chrisman, Roads & Signs stated a letter will be sent to 25 household residing on Sandhurst Way private access road.  It is their responsibility to maintain this portion of the road.  A representative from these homeowners will be invited to a special meeting in August.   The HOA Committee has met with the Community Sponsor Group.  Approval to Investigate Application is requested. M/S/C Bob Chrisman/Dale Grojean.

 

Darryl Heintz, Weeds and Beautification stated Lot 51 Tract 7391 is a fire hazard. The yard is full of tall weeds. The Real Estate agent has been contacted many times.  It has been reported to the Fire Department.  The mortgage is held by Chase.  The owner has filed for bankruptcy.

Lot 124 Tract 7391 has been purchased and foreclosed by US Bank.

The unkempt property at Lot 127 Tract 7391 is in Non Compliance.

 

Bob Jakubowski, Noise Abatement reported  Lot 159-5744 barking dog  Non-Compliance violation  continues to be an issue. The homeowner has requested that a special meeting be scheduled on a Monday or Friday evening.

 

Patt Huff will report at the monthly Board Meeting for the ARC Chairman
