Mr. and Mrs. Donald Penfield wish to appeal the ARC Committee’s decision regarding their wood fence.

They reside at 9833 Dogwood Lane. They have a pool in the back yard.  Mrs. Penfield stated the CC&R’s do not state that wood fences are not allowed. The wood fence they replaced was pre-existing and had deteriorated . They wish to fence their entire yard with chain link and leave only one section with wood for privacy

The  ARC Committee granted approval for a chain link fence and suggested slats can be added and shrubs can be planted to provide privacy. The CC&R’s recommends wrought iron fences.

The Board will meet in Executive session and send a letter with their decision to the Penfield’s.
